2. User status and acceptance
Accessing, browsing, and using any section of the Dedica mobile application and website grants USER status. From the moment such browsing begins or the application is downloaded, the USER fully, expressly, and without reservation accepts each and every provision included in this Legal Notice, as well as the Terms and Conditions of Contract and the Privacy Policy in force at any given time. If the USER does not agree with these conditions, they must refrain from using the Platform.
3. Access conditions and proper use of the platform
The USER agrees to use the Platform, its services, and content in accordance with applicable law, morality, generally accepted good customs, and public order. The USER agrees to refrain from using the Platform for unlawful purposes, purposes harmful to the rights and interests of Dedica or third parties, or in any way that may damage, disable, overload, or impair the servers, computer equipment, or technological infrastructure of the Platform.
The following is expressly prohibited, by way of example but not limitation:
- Introducing programs, viruses, macros, applets, ActiveX controls, or any other logical device or character sequence that causes or is likely to cause alterations to Dedica's computer systems.
- Using automated mechanisms, scraping techniques, or data extraction bots to copy, index, or exploit the contents or business logic of the Platform without the Owner's written consent.
- Altering, modifying, or reverse engineering the software components of the mobile application or web panel.
4. Intellectual and industrial property over the platform
Francesc Murcia Mila, personally or as legitimate assignee, is the exclusive owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights derived from the interface design, source code (frontend and backend), corporate logos, registered trademarks, graphics, promotional texts, color schemes, databases, and software of the Dedica Platform.
Total or partial reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or making available of such elements for commercial purposes on any type of medium and by any technical means without the Owner's express, prior, and written authorization is strictly prohibited. Any use not previously authorized by Dedica will be considered a serious breach of the author's intellectual property rights.
5. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of technical liability
The Owner makes every effort to ensure continuous availability and proper operation of the Platform. However, Dedica cannot guarantee the total absence of interruptions, delays, or technical errors arising from telecommunications network outages, scheduled maintenance tasks, or failures in cloud infrastructure servers. Consequently, the Owner is exempt from any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to lack of availability or continuity of Platform operation.
Likewise, Dedica acts as a software provider that connects with third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) models. The Owner is not responsible for opinions, semantic inaccuracies, or interpretations that the AI makes from anecdotes supplied by the USER, understanding the service as an automated creation tool of a recreational nature.
6. Changes to the conditions
The Owner reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Legal Notice at any time and without prior notice, due to legislative or case-law changes or strategic business decisions. Changes will be published immediately on the Platform and will be deemed accepted by the USER if they continue using the services.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationships established between the Owner of Dedica and the USER shall be governed and interpreted in all respects by current Spanish law. For the resolution of any judicial dispute arising from the interpretation or fulfillment of this text, both parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Tarragona (Spain), with implicit waiver of any other jurisdiction that might apply, unless consumer and user protection regulations mandatorily establish a different jurisdiction.
